Your 1:1 Coaching covers 5 stages of mindset on the road to increasing your income, uniquely tailored to you.
The first stage is to Uncover. During this stage you uncover the root sources and connected trauma of your current wealth, confidence and joy ceilings. You’re done when you’ve completed an income goal assessment and a goal stress scan assessment. From that work you have an income goal assessment and a healing road map.
The second stage is Heal. During this stage you heal your current wealth, confidence and joy ceilings. You’re done when you’ve healed past and present money, confidence and joy limiting beliefs. From that work you have a stress reducing and confidence building Toolbox you can go to and apply daily.
The third stage is Future Design. During this stage you open up to the next desired level of personal and financial empowerment and freedom. You’re done when you have a crystal clear 1-3 year income goal. From that work you will have a 1-3 year income goal roadmap.
The fourth stage is VIXEN Mindset. During this phase you step into a more empowered version of yourself. One that is confident, joyful, enthusiastic, fearless and real. You’re done when you have the VIXEN process in your dna. The VIXEN process has you show up VISIBLE, INSPIRED, eXCITED, EMPOWERED and NEEDED. From that work you will have the confidence and the techniques to use for the best decision making and resilience.
The fifth stage is Implement. During this phase you will make steady, enthusiastic progress toward your goals while manifesting unexpected support and opportunities. You are doing when you have achieved your 3 year income goal. From that work you will have replaced and/or increased your 6 figure corporate income, doing what you love.
